Had a brilliant breakfast, well cooked, nice and hot with a hot drink.
Went to buy plants but was short of staff so had to wait ten mins for someone to be fetched to serve.
None of the clothing section is still there just cold weather clothing and a very small ladies section.

This is a large garden centre with a cafe, toilets, indoor and outdoor plants and all the compost, pots and tools you need. There are also a number of concessions like The Works, Mountain Warehouse and other stores and a free hall with meat and delicatessen products, cakes, teas and coffee, chocolate and alcohol. I spent an hour wondering around and shopping but I didn’t have any food and drinks in the cafe. I visited before Christmas and there were loads of unusual drinks and foodie treats and tons of Christmas decorations and baubles.

Fabulous garden centre and varied shopping concessions. The restaurant is a major feature with fairly priced food. Christmas shopping is a definite must.

Food is overly expensive for what you get. 13:30 on a Saturday and no sausages for the childrens meals! Sausage casserole was cold and the steak bake was empty!! Staff were friendly and apologetic. Won't be returning though.

Went to see Christmas display and by Christmas things but also enjoyed the deli counter items and choices. Well displayed, well organised, till staff (even when busy) had a good vibe and chatty, (and I went at the end of a busy weekend day) prices are about right and even the odd bargain. Ended up wandering all over and the garden plants but look good but I'm no expert here. I do intend to visit again out of the Christmas season, as I was impressed by what I saw.

Excellent staff, plants and facilities. Cafe is good too. Get their app for monthly offers. We got 20% of plants and pots today.

A wide range of plants to choose from in the garden centre and different outlet stores to walk around and finish your visit in the restaurant nice range of items on the menu to choose from and I found that the staff was so helpful answering my questions and you get value for y

Tricia and Andrew gave us excellent service as always, on the Barclays van at Pennells. It is very convenient that the van is in such an accessible place. We also managed to get a spot of shopping done in Pennells!!!
